Delina started her work career as a Registered Nurse eventually finding her real passion in preventative health. Delina studied her fitness qualifications and began working in the fitness industry in 1998. In 2002 she took up a teaching position with TAFE NSW as a fitness teacher where she worked full time until July 2013. Throughout this time Delina attained her graduate Diploma of Adult Education and Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualifications along with numerous fitness specific professional development courses such as BOSU, Swiss Ball, Les Mills, Sports Nutrition to name a few. Delina always had a keen interest in holistic nutrition which led her to completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine.
Delina has always remained active in the fitness industry as well as her own personal athletic career where she still competes as a successful ultra-trail runner with a history in cycling and triathlon. Delina’s qualifications, extensive experience in the fitness industry and facilitation of fitness courses coupled with her knowledge of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards and management endorse her position as CEO of Fit Dimension Education.
10 years experience in the Fitness industry specialising in Running and Triathlon Coaching.
Ongoing roles as a PT, FitnessTeaching and Community Event Development (Trail running) have put Brendan at the coal face the of Sport and Fitness industry.
Brendan’s passion stems from his athletic endeavours competing at a high level in Triathlon and at heart he is a mountain runner.
His experience has been gathered from a commitment to improving performance via self experimentation and coaching / mentoring from experienced and highly accoladed individuals.
Program development thoughtful balancing both the physical science and mental aspects of performance enhancement is his specialty.

Grace has forged an impressive career within the Fitness Industry that spans more than 28 years. Starting off in humble beginnings as an aerobics instructor taking classes at the local surf club and within 6 month purchasing her own facilities known as “Tweed Fitness Centre” which she owned and operated successfully for over 25years growing it from a small 600 square metre facility to a thriving club of just over 1800 square metres which became a local icon for all ages in the community to join & become fit & healthy. Throughout the years of owning her club, Grace carved an extensive pathway of experience & knowledge in all facets of the industry, from owner/manager, group fitness coordinator, personal trainer and weight loss consultant.
Graces passion for Group Fitness has allowed her to gain extensive expertise as an instructor/trainer across a broad section of all classes, styles & formats from both Pre-Choregraph (Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat) & Freestyle ( Low Impact aerobics, step, Ab Butts & Thighs, Boxing, HIIT, Kettlebells, Bosu, Suspension Slings.) are just to name a few as land base formats and also an array of Aqua Fitness classes as water base formats.
After selling her fitness centre in October 2013 Grace has stayed very much involved within the industry lecturing at Kingscliff TAFE Campus in Cert 3 Health & Fitness from March 2014 to December 2015. Facilitating her own small group training within the local community as well as being employed as the Queensland Regional Group Coordinator for the Heart Health Program which is managed by Corporate Health Management and is an initiative of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Grace’s real love is changing the lives of others through her passion of fitness & health be that within group dynamics or a 1 on 1 environment.

Di has been part of the fitness industry for over 25 years.
Her initial passion for group exercise led to personal training and a realisation that client focus should be inclusive of physical, mental and emotional wellness.
During this time she has been the owner of a spin/boxing studio, personal trainer/wellness coach business and group exercise instructor.
Her specialties are in Women’s Health, Older Adults training, Pelvic floor, Flexibility, Bosu, Boxing and Les Mills
Di has been an educator of fitness at TAFE NSW for 12 years and enjoys seeing students develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to be active in improving community health.

David Coombs is our educational consultant and content expert. David works closely with our educational team to develop content which is current, ensuring that our courses are of a high standard and meet our students’ needs.
David is a Gold Coast Physiotherapist, Running Coach and Physiologic practice partner http://physiologic.com.au/ specialising in running injuries and running technique. He is an IAAF Accredited Level 3 distance running coach as well as being a successful athlete in his own right, competing in ultra-distance running events up to 160km in length and other sports including rock climbing, mountain biking and obstacle course racing.
David completed his Physiotherapy training at The University of Birmingham, England and has a Psychology Masters degree from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland. David’s high level of experience and industry knowledge assist Fit Dimension Education in developing course content especially within the areas of musculoskeletal anatomy, posture, programming and psychology.

Industry Consultant – Aqua Exercise
Colleen, along with Dr Garry Egger, established the first AquaFitness training courses in Australia. Colleen has been conducting Aquafitness Training for the past 25 years and is recognised as one of the leaders in Aquatic Exercise Programs. Over the past 5 years Colleen has conducted Aquafitness Training Courses for the Greater Western Area Health Service and has trained over 200 Aquafitness leaders in that time.
Colleen has also designed and developed many other national wellness training programs – Walking for Pleasure, Gentle Exercise, Vacations for Pleasure, Keeping the Memory Keen, Life Games, and Lifeball, which was accepted into the Australian Regional Masters Games.
As part of the National Sports Ability program, Colleen runs training courses through the Department of Sport and Recreation for school teachers, covering all aspects of sport and recreation for people with disabilities.
Colleen has received many other awards for her untiring work in the development of fitness and recreational programs including Citizen of the Year, Rotary Pride of Workmanship, Fellow of Australian Council for Health Physical Education and Recreation, NSW Premiers Award (twice) and an Order of Australia Medal.

Brian instructs in Aqua Fitness, Lifeball, and Pole Walking, and runs Aqua Fitness, Lifeball, and Pole Walking training courses for facilitators and leaders.
He has developed the Lifeball Training Manual, Video and Rule Book and runs Lifeball Umpire Training Workshops. Brian wrote the AquaFitness Training Manual for Health Workers and Community Volunteers for the Greater Western Area Health Service, NSW Dept of Health.
